The 39th CITAC Member’s Web Meeting was held on 8 May 2024. There were 13 participants.
In the meeting were reported:
- The last year’s awards ceremony, mentioning the number of awards attributed in the past over the years and listing the winners of CITAC Best Paper 2023
- CITAC activity in last year, including information about the seminars and Workshops related to CITAC and Projects
- The status of the next CITAC newsletter issue, to be published in 2024
- The CITAC Web site and provided feedback from the community about the CITAC activities
- Financial report
- The listed members reported summaries of the activities of the related organisations
As well as were presented summaries reports of the activities of the Eurachem/CITAC working groups:
- Measurement Uncertainty and Traceability
- Qualitative Analysis
- Eurachem WG on Reference Materials
- Uncertainty from sampling working group
And discussed Future CITAC events:
- CITAC Webinar on metrology in chemistry: Presentation and discussion of the CITAC best papers 2023
- Online EURACHEM/CITAC Workshop on qualitative RMs

As the results of the Meeting:
- CITAC Webinar on metrology in chemistry: Presentation and discussion of the CITAC best papers 2023 will be open and organize in 2024, June 14
- Online EURACHEM/CITAC Workshop on qualitative RMs will be organized in September 19, 2024
- The 40th CITAC Members’ Meeting in person/hybrid meeting has been intented to organize right after CCQM, Saturday, April 12, 2025
