The Second CITAC Web-seminar was held, free of charge and open to non-CITAC members, on 07 May 2021.
More than 40 people took part in it.
The event was opened by Bernd Güttler, CITAC Chair, that presented CITAC mission and past and ongoing projects to participants.Zoltan Mester, the CITAC vice-Chair, presented the CITAC Best Papers Award. After that, Past Chair Michela Sega introduced the Best CITAC Papers 2020 and moderated the session.
A co-author of the awarded papers presented their interesting research:
- R. Pennecchi, A. Di Rocco, I. Kuselman, D. B. Hibbert, M. Sega, Correlation of test results and influence of a mass balance constraint on risks in conformity assessment of a substance or material;
- Toman, M. A. Nelson, Y. Ma, Optimizing experiment design for chemical measurement;
- Yang, H.-B. Yoo, C. Lee, K.-S. Hong, S.-R. Park, Quantification of single-strand DNA by sequence-specific counting in capillary flow cytometry,
and answered questions from the audience.
The Web-seminar participants thanked CITAC for organizing an excellent web-seminar.
